Recently, 6units Shacman dump trucks completed loading and are now destined for Saudi Arabia. These Shacman tipper trucks were ordered by a Saudi customer who contacted our product manager through a local partner. During the initial contact, the customer specifically requested a fleet of dump trucks suitable for transporting sand and gravel in desert environments, for use at local construction sites. We then took the customer on a tour of our factory, demonstrated various Shacman dump truck models, and detailed the desert-specific features of these new Shacman dump trucks.
The Saudi customer was particularly interested in the power and high-temperature performance of the 35-ton dump trucks. Given the hot climate and complex sandy roads, they required Shacman 380 dump trucks capable of long, intensive operations. After understanding their specific needs, we recommended the Shacman tipper trucks, which have been specifically optimized for desert environments with features such as engine cooling, chassis protection, and suspension, effectively meeting Saudi Arabia's transportation challenges. After several rounds of communication, the customer expressed interest in our recommended Shacman dump trucks, particularly the Shacman tipper truck's desert-specific tire configuration, reinforced cargo box design, and engine high-temperature protection.
In subsequent negotiations, we fully demonstrated the Shacman dump trucks' production process and quality control system, including strict production process management, comprehensive quality inspection standards, and detailed product test reports. After an on-site inspection and comprehensive evaluation, the customer expressed their approval of the Shaanxi Automobile dump truck's quality and performance, ultimately leading to a successful purchase order for six Shacman heavy dump trucks. This order demonstrates the Saudi Arabian customer's trust in Shacman tipper trucks and establishes a foundation for cooperation between the two parties.
