80-Ton 5-Axle Fence Trailers Leave Workshop and Head to Port for Togo
Recently, a batch of 5-axle 80-ton fence semi-trailers has completed factory inspection and preparation. The vehicles have left the production plant and headed for the foreign trade port, pending loading and shipment to Togo.
These fence trailers are purchased by a local logistics and engineering enterprise in Togo. The cooperation was finalized after multiple rounds of technical communication, parameter verification and scheme optimization. The customer is mainly engaged in the transportation of agricultural products, timber, building materials and general cargo, and is in urgent need of heavy-duty fence trailers with large load capacity and solid structure to adapt to complex road conditions and support daily long-distance freight services.
In view of Togo’s tropical climate, abundant rainfall in rainy seasons, numerous unpaved roads and frequent long-distance heavy-load transportation, this batch of 5-axle 80-ton fence semi-trailers is specially configured for African working conditions. The frame is made of high-strength steel with reinforced load-bearing structure, delivering a rated load of 80 tons. Equipped with 5 axles and reliable suspension system, the trailers run steadily with excellent shock absorption performance, well adapted to rough roads. The sturdy and wear-resistant fence structure facilitates fast loading and unloading. The whole vehicle adopts anti-corrosion, rust-proof and waterproof technology to withstand erosion caused by high temperature and heavy rain. Meanwhile, the simple structure greatly simplifies daily maintenance.
The customer mainly focused on load capacity, structural strength, road adaptability, anti-corrosion performance and local customs & registration compliance. We elaborated on design highlights, material technology and technical advantages, and provided regional application cases, factory inspection reports and complete export certifications. The customer spoke highly of the product quality and overall performance.
The trailers are now in transit to the port. Upon arrival, they will go through inventory recheck, marine protection and customs filing. Loading will start immediately after the ocean vessel berths before sailing for Togo. After being put into operation, the trailers will effectively support the local logistics network and improve cargo transportation efficiency.
The smooth delivery of these fence trailers further enhances our brand reputation and market share in Togo and West Africa. We will keep customizing high-adaptability transport trailers according to local road conditions, climate and operational demands across Africa. With full-process services including international logistics, document processing and after-sales support, we will further expand our presence in the African construction machinery and special vehicle market.
