Step 1: Cutting

The corners of each material are designed with arcs to avoid bumps and scratches caused to the driver's body during operation.

After the cutting is completed, the second step is to weld the box

The Shacman tipper truck box is usually composed of a bottom plate, side plates, front plates, rear plates, subframes and various reinforcement structures.

Bottom plate: It is the main part that bears the weight of the goods and needs to have sufficient strength and wear resistance to cope with the loading and unloading of various goods. Step 3: Box assembly welding

The box assembly welding adopts flip tooling welding, changes the previous process, and all vertical welding and overhead welding are changed to flat angle welding to enhance the welding strength.

Different types of box structures:

Rectangular box: It is the most common box structure of Shacman tipper truck, with the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing, and large loading space. It is suitable for transporting goods of various shapes and types, such as building materials, ores, etc. However, when unloading rectangular boxes, goods are easy to pile up in the corners, affecting the unloading efficiency.

U-shaped box: The side panels of the U-shaped box are arc-shaped. Step 4: Shot blasting of the whole vehicle

The Shacman tipper box adopts a whole vehicle shot blasting structure, which passes through the equipment at a uniform speed, and uses 16 blasting heads to reciprocate and blast the inside and outside of the box.

Efficiency: Sandblasting equipment can quickly remove rust and other impurities on the metal surface, improving work efficiency.

Uniformity: Sandblasting equipment can evenly treat the metal surface to ensure that the cleanliness and roughness of the entire surface of the dump truck meet the requirements.

Controllability: Sandblasting equipment can adjust different pressures, flows and sandblasting media to adapt to different types of metal surface treatment.

Step 5: Powder spraying process

The coating formed by the powder spraying process has excellent mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. Powder coatings usually use thermosetting or thermoplastic resins. After high-temperature curing, the coating becomes strong and durable and can effectively resist the erosion of the external environment. In the use environment of engineering dumper trucks, this high-quality coating can protect the body from damage caused by harsh road conditions and climatic conditions, and extend the service life of the vehicle.
