Recently, the KOGEL factory received an order from a customer in Guinea. This customer, long-time container, construction machinery, and building materials transporter, has very high requirements for the load-bearing capacity and durability of their transport equipment. After several rounds of comparisons and discussions, the customer ultimately decided to purchase two Shaanxi tractors and two flatbed trailers.
This customer primarily engages in long-distance, heavy-duty transport, frequently hauling 40-foot containers, steel, and other bulk cargo. Therefore, they had specific requirements for vehicle performance: a strong load capacity to reliably handle heavy loads; durability to effectively reduce maintenance costs; a robust structure to adapt to the complex road conditions in West Africa; and a high cost-effectiveness to help control overall operating costs while ensuring quality.
Based on the customer's specific operating conditions, KOGEL recommended two Shaanxi tractors and two four-axle flatbed trailers and customized the configuration accordingly. The flatbed trailers' main beams are made of high-strength Q345B manganese steel, with a well-designed structure that provides excellent bending and torsional resistance. The four-axle structure ensures more even weight distribution, with a total load capacity of up to 60 tons, fully meeting the customer's heavy-duty requirements. The main beam is welded using an automatic submerged arc welding process, resulting in uniform, strong welds that are resistant to cracking.
The flatbed section is designed to accommodate a variety of cargo types, including containers, construction equipment, building materials, and steel coils. It is equipped with container locks to facilitate the transport of standard containers. The vehicle is equipped with a high-quality braking system and a high-performance suspension system to ensure stability at high speeds and under complex road conditions.
KOGEL will provide customers with a one-year warranty and lifetime technical support, and guarantee an adequate supply of spare parts to ensure worry-free operations. Currently, two Shaanxi Automobile tractors and two flatbed trailers have completed production and rigorous testing and are about to be shipped to Guinea. KOGEL will continue to provide high-quality and durable transportation equipment to African customers, contributing to the development of local logistics and engineering construction.
